Initial consultations will be attended by both Cam Abascal and Amy Ramos. The consultation includes discussions about the scope of the project, your magazine clippings, color & design direction, space planning and general idea exchange. Often, photographs, measurements and an inventory will be taken. The fee for this service is $200.00. It is suggested you set aside two hours to meet. The scope of work will determine additional rates and a formal proposal will follow.
A one hour consultation with suggestions including furniture arrangement, de-cluttering, color direction, and quick fix tips for occupied homes is just $175.00. For do-it-yourselfers, a written plan of action via e-mail worksheet with dimensioned space plan is available for $75.00 per room. It is most important to focus on the leisure room, dining room, & master suite. However, if you prefer we do it all, our hands on package utilizing your furnishings and accessories includes the initial consultation, pre-planning and 3 hour on-site staging for areas noted beginning at $775.00. Vacant homes may be staged with furniture & accessories ranging from $950.00 to $1500.00 per month (including rooms noted above). Please complete the Home Staging form for more information.
You send the design team your photographs, room dimensions and completed online form. The design team will in turn dedicate 5 hours to making your room spectacular by providing you with a space plan, materials selections, color specifications, web based furniture and accessory recommendations and a feature wall elevation (as needed). This package is $475.00.
